  • 12:00-12:55 PM-Lunch hour Yoga with Carolyn -55 min (postponed due to pregnancy please see your instructor re.)
  • 5:00-6:00 PM-Children’s INTRO Grappling genre  ages 5-9
  • 6:00-7:00 PM-Children’s Intermediate MMA ages 7-9
  • 7:00-8:00 PMAdults Coed-Thai Boxing, MMA striking
  • 8:00-9:00 Adults Co-ed BJJ/Submission Grapplling(Grappling/ NO-GI)

***Tuesday:

  • 2:00-3:00 PM-Once a week MMA lessons package – Ages 5-13years old group class
  • 5:00-6:00 PM-Teens MMA ages 10-15, 5:00-6:00 PM -60 min
  • 6:00-7:00PM-OPEN MATS – new class coming soon!
  • 7:00-8:00 PM-Adults Coed-Thai Boxing, MMA striking
  • 8:00-9:00PM-Adults, Coed “No-gi” Brazilian Jujitsu/Submission Grappling (NO-GI) class

  • 7:00-8:30 PM-Open MATS/ Non-instructional format ages 11 plus. Non instructional format is designed to develop individual development with all of your favorite exercises. Grappling, Drilling, Bag-work, Pad-work, Sparring, TRX, Kettlebells, Ultimate Fitness

*****Saturday:

Competition travel day/group cross training. Members/join our Kaiten MMA group page for more detailed information and times.
